Introduction

As the global food supply chain becomes increasingly complex, consumers are paying greater attention to ingredient transparency, religious dietary compliance, vegetarian claims, and allergen risk control. Accurate species origin identification has therefore become an important part of food safety and quality management. Even trace amounts of animal-derived ingredients may affect product labeling claims, religious certification, or the safety needs of specific consumer groups. The Porcine DNA Identify Detection Kit is a molecular detection product developed based on real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology. It can be used for the qualitative detection of porcine DNA in food, feed, and related raw materials. By using specific primers and probes to identify target porcine DNA sequences, this kit can rapidly, sensitively, and accurately determine whether porcine-derived components are present in samples, providing reliable technical support for food authenticity identification, halal and kosher compliance testing, raw material quality control, and the prevention of food adulteration.
