SunshinyMed Microscope Immersion Oil features moderate viscosity, a clear field of view, and excellent resistance to drying, hardening, and fading. It is an ideal choice for oil-immersion microscopy. 

Compared with traditional cedarwood oil, SunshinyMed Immersion Oil offers a wider focusing range, easier image capture, and clearer microscopic observation. 

Traditional cedarwood oil may dissolve stains and cause discoloration, which can affect test results. It may also dry out and solidify over time, potentially damaging oil-immersion objectives during prolonged use. In addition, cedarwood oil requires xylene for cleaning, which is neither environmentally friendly nor desirable for routine laboratory use. Therefore, it is gradually being phased out both domestically and internationally.
